This beautiful waterfront bed and breakfast in St. Michaels, MD is a welcome respite at the end of the day. Allow us to spoil you with perfect sunsets over St. Michaels harbor.

To make your reservation please call 410-745-9563, email, or use the form below providing us with your name, email address, telephone number and dates of stay. We'll get back to you ASAP. Advance reservations are preferred and we require a minimum two night stay on weekends and holidays. A two night stay can be either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. The room rate is $175/night plus applicable Maryland taxes, which includes a full breakfast and use of all amenities. Your reservation is secured by a deposit of one nights stay.

Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM or by prior arrangement with the innkeeper. Check-out is 11AM. For all our guests comfort and pleasure Point Breeze is a smoke free facility. We offer off street parking, but regrettably can not accommodate pets. It is recommended that children be at least 12; check with the innkeeper for advice. Use of the dock and any water related or other recreational activities are entered into at your own risk.

The balance of payment for your stay is made at check-in, as we are often very busy with breakfast and daily guest planning at the time other guests check-out. We accept cash, personal checks and Travelers Checks. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Holiday and special event weekends require a 30 day notice of cancellation; otherwise a two week notice will be honored. Your deposit will be refunded less a $20 service fee in either case. For later cancellations, we will make every effort to rent your room to another guest in order to enable a refund to you, less the service fee.
